If not completely satisfied with the performance of any item, simply return the unused portion in the original package in accordance with our return procedures for a refund or exchange. We will gladly replace any defective items ordered from our site for up to 180 days after the original shipping date!
If you would prefer to return the item for a refund, then simply return the unused portion within 45 days from the date of shipment of merchandise.
All cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the cartridge’s capacity as purchased. Please be sure to follow the return policy as described herein.
